"Everything was fine until you actually started to use the coverage you pay for. Needed to get my windshield replaced due to a rock cracking it and because of that I get a called that im being dropped. My sister had her first accident in about 5 years and because of that she got dropped. My neice had gotten a speeding ticket...one speeding ticket and was dropped. My nephew had to get his windshield replaced due to a crack and you guessed it...because of that he was dropped! Everything is great when you paying and dont have any issues but dont have an accident, get a ticket, for god forbid your windshield cracks due to no fault of your own because they will immediately drop you! State farm for what?!"

"This branch is probably the worst I've had to deal with. They price gouge if you don't pay attention to your renewal. They forget to bundle when you renew. Somehow, no tickets or accidents makes your rates go up! Customer service or even getting someone in the phone is a joke. I'd you do manage to get a person, they have no idea how to answer your questions. Just a sad branch. Time to go!"
