"This branch is probably the worst I've had to deal with. They price gouge if you don't pay attention to your renewal. They forget to bundle when you renew. Somehow, no tickets or accidents makes your rates go up! Customer service or even getting someone in the phone is a joke. I'd you do manage to get a person, they have no idea how to answer your questions. Just a sad branch. Time to go!"

"I called to get a lower premium for my home owners insurance. Living in Florida, I expect it to be high but this year it doubled in price. Russ Voorhees State Farm has been my insurer for several cars over the years. Took a shot and reached out to them. Spoke with Cheryle Cade. Very helpful and patient. My premium with the same coverage is less than half of what I am paying currently. Plus saving on my car premiums since bundling. Just a wonderful experience."

"I have used the Russ Vorhis office for several years, but lately I have not had very good service. I have been getting the run around on my daughters new policy. The have over charged her because they didn't send her the drive safe module for her car and will not credit her. Along with other problems. Looks like I will be looking for a new insurance company for my policies."
